Our Pricing structure is based on the NDIS Table of Costs. Our hourly rates are as follows:
Occupational Therapy $193.99/hour
Speech Therapy $193.99/hour
Educational Specialist $193.99/hour
Specialist Reports $193.99/hour
Specialist Travel $193.99/hour
Allied Health/Therapy Assistant $86.79/hour for all services
Group Therapy rates are based on the staff involved divided by the number of participants.
Medicare Rebates (if eligible)
Chronic Disease Management Plan/Team Care Arrangement
Occupational therapy or speech therapy health service is provided to a patient by an eligible occupational therapist or speech therapist.
This Medicare item requires a specific itemised referral from a General Practitioner dated before your first session with us, please also note that this item provides only limited sessions. We require payment at the time of service and upon request, we will provide you with a receipt with the details you will require to submit a claim with Medicare.

Complex neurodevelopmental disorder and disability service
Occupational therapy or Speech Pathology health service provided to a patient aged under 25 years for the treatment of a diagnosed complex neurodevelopmental disorder (such as autism spectrum disorder) or eligible disability by an eligible occupational therapist or speech pathologist
This Medicare item requires a specific itemised referral from a Paediatrician dated before your first session with us, please also note that this item provides only limited sessions. We require payment at the time of service and upon request, we will provide you with a receipt with the details you will require to submit a claim with Medicare.
REBATE = $82.30
Private Health Insurance
Our allied health therapists are all registered and as such our services are eligible for a rebate from private health insurers. However, your ability to claim and your rebate amount will be dependent on your policy. We require payment at the time of service and upon request, we will provide you with a receipt with the details you will require to submit a claim against your policy.
